The intention of the Feis Committee and Staff is to offer an opportunity to each competitor to participate in a fair, enjoyable competition. We are volunteers who do this for the love of the Art and the Community of Irish Dancing.

If you don't check the information on the web to assure you are in the correct competitions you may not be permitted to participate the day of the Feis! If you cannot verify on the web, try doing so through a friend or your school, or as a last resort request confirmation by mail with SASE at least two weeks after you send your registration, but before June 30.

1. Registration will open May 1st, 2008.
   Entries received or postmarked before May 1st will be discarded.
    
2. No entries will be accepted without fees.
    
3. On-line entries are recorded, but not complete until payment is recieved by the registration chairperson.
   All information must be furnished. This is the preferred method for registration.
    
4. Only Arts and Crafts entries will be accepted the day of the Feis.
    
5. Registration will close at midnight on the day we receive the 1200th completed registration.
   Completed entries received or postmarked before midnight on that day will be accepted. Metered mail without a valid USPS postmark will not be accepted after registration closes. We reserve the right to apply a numeric cap if qualifying registration exceeds the safe capacity of the facility. Adult registration closes June 30th.
    
6. There will be no changes in competitions after July 15.
   Figures or Ceili Team, and changes which result in additional charges, will NOT be included under the family rate cap. All family rate caps will apply to an 'at the same time' entry. Date cutoff for changes apply to ALL.
    
7. Requests to withdraw registration made before registration closes will receive a full refund of fees already paid. No refunds after July 15 except as approved with cause by chairman.
   You have excluded another competitor from participation.
   ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS OR CHANGES the day of the feis!
    
8. Girls and Boys Solo Open Set Dances will be Traditional Set Dances as follows:
    
   • Garden of Daisies
   • Job of Journey Work
   • The Blackbird
   • Saint Patrick's Day
   • Jockey to the Fair
   • King of the Fairies
   
    
9. Entry fees are as follows:
    
   • Solo Dancing $ 6.00
   • Figure Dancing $ 6.00
   • Championship Dancing $ 25.00
   • Non-Dancing Competition $ 6.00
   • Adult Ceili Dance Competition $ 6.00
   • Child/Parent $ 6.00 (per competitor per dance)
   • Arts and Crafts $ 3.00 (per item)
     No Fees for Results
   • Maximum fee per family $ 80.00 (in same envelope)
   • Gate Fee ($8) is paid the day of the Feis.
     Please do not send with your dance entry fees.
     All entry fees and gate fees in U.S. funds.
